Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Engagement Delivery & Client Relationship Management professional to lead organizational design, change strategies, and leadership development for federal clients. The role involves delivering client-ready analyses, facilitating workshops, and shaping operating models that align with mission objectives.

You will mentor junior consultants, foster collaboration, and contribute to business development while traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 3+ years of consulting experience in organizational development or change initiatives.
• Experience planning organizational redesigns and operating model transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support organizational design engagements, including current/future state operating models, governance structures, and transition plans.
• Develop and implement organizational development and change strategies aligned with client objectives and workforce needs.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs and coaching frameworks.
• Facilitate team effectiveness workshops and strategic planning sessions.
• Conduct organizational assessments and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day consulting activities, including planning, risk management, and deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with federal stakeholders and travel as required.
