Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned professional to drive client relationship management and engagement delivery for federal civilian agency programs. You will lead strategy, transformation, and change management initiatives, gathering requirements and delivering executive-ready reports.

You will mentor junior staff, support business development, and ensure high-quality outcomes across complex projects with travel up to 10%. This role operates in Guidehouse offices or client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Five (5+) years of professional experience in management consulting or client-facing environments.
• Experience in strategy, organizational transformation, process improvement, or change management.
• Strong data analysis, insights development, and executive-ready deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member and leader on multidisciplinary engagements for federal civilian clients.
• Lead requirements gathering via interviews, workshops, and sessions with senior clients.
• Develop deliverables such as gap analyses, recommendations, and process flows.
• Manage client relationships at multiple levels and deliver high-quality service on tight timelines.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal communities and BD/proposal efforts.
