Job summary

Avasant is seeking an Associate Director, Organizational Change Management to lead multi-client OCM programs within a fast-paced consulting environment in the United States. You will shape change strategies, guide stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of transformations across Fortune 1000 clients.

The role requires 10+ years in organizational change management, strong leadership, and travel flexibility, with a track record of delivering enterprise ERP/large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree required.
• 10+ years of end-to-end organizational change delivery with external clients.
• Experience with transformation projects, preferably in consulting.
• ERP change management experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and execution on multiple OCM projects and initiatives.
• Advise and influence project timelines based on change needs.
• Collaborate with business partners to define OCM requirements.
• Research, justify, and implement tools to support OCM.
• Identify and manage resistance to change.
• Lead internal and external OCM resources for strategy execution.
• Develop processes to evaluate change impact and forecast projects.
