Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Change Management Analyst to support organizational initiatives within our Management Consulting practice. You will help ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems by partnering with project teams and stakeholders, creating plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in change management or related roles, strong communication abilities, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in change management, project coordination, organizational development, communications, or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience creating presentations, reports, and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Support change management activities for organizational initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Assist in creating and delivering change management plans, communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Track change readiness, adoption, and feedback; recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Help monitor project milestones and provide status updates, documentation, and reporting related to change activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of change management methodologies, tools, and templates.
