Guidehouse is seeking a senior-level Change Management professional to lead organizational change initiatives across complex transformations. You will drive stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and measurable business outcomes while guiding executive teams through change.

You will design integrated change strategies, manage adoption measurement, and provide coaching to consulting teams to deliver high-quality client services with a focus on collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management programs.
• Ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders.
• Experience guiding large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of OCM engagements and drive stakeholder alignment and user adoption.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives and program leaders.
• Design and implement integrated change management strategies and adoption plans.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams while ensuring delivery quality.
