Guidehouse, based in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Change Management professional to support enterprise transformation initiatives. The role involves stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and communications material development, with travel up to 10% and ability to obtain public trust clearance.

You will coordinate readiness activities, workshops, and employee engagement events, while tracking metrics and maintaining artifacts.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, HR, Public Administration, or related field.
• Three to five years of experience supporting change management, communications, workforce readiness, training, or organizational transformation efforts.
• Experience developing communications products and supporting stakeholder engagement activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
