Job summary

EY is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager to optimize workforce, talent, and mobility strategies. You will design operating models, guide organizational design initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while partnering with EY teams globally.

You will lead large-scale engagements, develop workforce strategies, and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic intent. This role involves travel, a hybrid client-site work model, and delivering value through transformation.

Qualifications

• Lead project workstreams from planning through implementation, with effective resource and budget management.
• Understand and apply organizational design, strategic workforce planning and change management in transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrate practical, business-driven approaches to solving client challenges using data analytics.
• Identify additional engagement opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
