Job summary

EY is seeking an Organization and Workforce Manager in the United States, with a hybrid work model and client-site engagements across major metros including Dallas, Austin and New York. You will optimize operating models, workforce and mobility strategies, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Requirements include 6–9 years in operating model development, organizational design, and governance, plus a bachelor’s degree. Travel to client sites and EY offices will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, HR or psychology).
• 6–9 years of experience in operating model development and organizational design.
• Experience leading organization design engagements across multiple functional domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders.
• Collaborate to deliver innovative solutions for structuring teams and enabling agile work.
• Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities with proposals and presentations.
• Coach and develop teams, serving as a role model within EY People Consulting.
