Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational psychology, business, or related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in org design, HR consulting, or management consulting.
• Experience with org review, org charting, spans-and-layers, and multi-scenario design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct current-state spans-and-layers analysis across designated units; benchmark against norms.
• Build accurate org charts in Lucid; maintain a single source of truth.
