Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Temporary HR Consultant, Organizational Design to partner with senior leaders and HR partners on organization design and effectiveness. You will conduct discovery, analyze spans and layers, and translate findings into practical design options with clear visuals and roadmaps.

The role emphasizes structured analysis, stakeholder engagement, and presenting decision‑ready artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, industrial‑organizational psychology, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years of progressive HR, HR business partner, organizational effectiveness, or organization design experience.
• Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or a large‑scale services organization.
• Direct experience supporting at least three medium‑ or large‑scale organizational redesigns.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and cross‑functional HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured discovery with senior leaders and HR partners to document current‑state organization, work, decision rights, and design constraints.
• Develop and iterate future‑state organization options and Lucidchart org charts reflecting design principles.
• Deliver an implementation roadmap, decision log, and knowledge transfer package before the assignment ends.
• Prepare leader‑ready communications and working‑session materials to explain design choices clearly.
• Support implementation planning, stakeholder alignment, and knowledge transfer to internal owners.
