Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Mgr, Organizational Design contractor to serve as the subject-matter expert for enterprise-wide org structure analysis. You will design, chart, and compare future-state models across business units, preparing executive-grade deliverables and collaborating with HR, Finance, and senior leaders.

The role is a temporary, project-based engagement—independent contractor or through a staffing partner—with no benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 4-7 years in organizational design, HR consulting, or management consulting.
• Experience with org reviews, org charting, spans-and-layers analysis, multi-scenario design.
• Advanced proficiency in org-charting tools (e.g., Lucid).
• Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level written recommendations.
• Experience partnering with Director- and VP-level leaders and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Spans and Layers Modeling: conduct current-state analysis and benchmark against norms.
• Org Chart Design: build accurate org charts in approved tools and maintain a single source of truth.
• Future-State Design: develop multiple structural scenarios and quantify headcount, cost, accountability.
• Decision Memos: author concise executive memos and decks translating analysis to recommendations.
• Interview Facilitation: conduct structured discovery with business leaders.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: align with TA, Finance, and Legal on headcount implications.
• Data Integrity: maintain version control on models, ensure audit-ready artifacts.
