Job summary

ABB Inc. in North America seeks an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead reporting to the IS Manager. You will own on-time, in-full delivery end-to-end from demand to shipment, coordinating with SAP and IT teams in a founding value stream.

This remote role requires travel to plants and Cary, NC, with work in North American time zones. You will set priorities, identify root causes of missed orders, and implement fixes that move the number.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, or operations.
• Experience tracing missed orders, identifying root causes and fixes.
• Hands-on SAP in order fulfillment; design/config not required.
• Experience building data analyses, dashboards or AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for high-volume manufacturing end to end.
• Co-own the outcome with SAP solution lead; set priorities and fixes.
• Lead change across plants, distribution centers, and system teams.
• Run short experiments and scale successful changes.
• Report results honestly to business leaders.
