Job summary

ABB is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing operation, end to end. You will co-own the SAP solution with a dedicated lead and drive changes across plants, distribution centers, and systems.

You will report to the VP of IT, work with a business sponsor, and operate in NA time zones. This is a founding role in our first value stream with latitude to shape processes and rules.

Qualifications

• A degree in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or distribution in planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment, order management or operations.
• Ability to trace delivery misses with data and implement fixes.
• Experience using SAP hands-on in order fulfillment as a user or lead.
• Experience building data tools, dashboards, automations or AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end to end.
• Co-own outcomes with an SAP solution lead.
• Set priorities for fixes, builds, and changes to rules and systems.
• Drive change across plants, distribution centers and system teams.
• Run short experiments and determine what moves the number.
• Report results honestly to business leaders, including issues.
