Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides packaging information to begin orders and communicates status.
• Communicates with customers on order status and potential delays based on order status knowledge.
• Enters, tracks, resolves and communicates customer complaints; provides input on process changes in the customer service area.
• Assists in training other employees and provides daily status reports.
• Maintains adherence to procedures and policies and supports the Customer Service Department.
