Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service, call center, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Experience supporting multi-channel customer interactions (phone, email, chat).
• Experience with order management, shipping, and billing processes.
• Experience analyzing data across systems to identify issues and solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build customer loyalty through effective communication with customers, sales, and management.
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries across phone, email, and live chat.
• Process orders accurately and respond promptly to inquiries.
