Responsibilities

• Manage emails in the Support inbox within SLA requirements.
• Handle customer orders and shipment information requests.
• Respond to calls and maintain service levels for queues.
• Provide accurate information using the proper tools and processes.
• Record customer interactions and follow SLAs for resolution.
• Follow instructions and update work instructions periodically.
• Escalate issues and contribute to continuous process improvements.
