United Refrigeration, Inc. is seeking a customer service/order desk professional to warmly greet customers, answer phones, and provide knowledgeable assistance. You will process orders accurately, reconcile returns, and help with procurement and replenishment.

Attention to detail and teamwork are essential in this busy environment. The role involves occasional loading/unloading, stock handling, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the store and warehouse.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration.
• Learn United's product offering as well as rest of industry.
• Attend product seminars provided in-house and trade education groups (RSES, ACCA, ARW, etc.) and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name (if known).
• Answer telephones promptly and courteously identifying yourself and the company.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Provide accurate and timely execution of customer's orders, requests and other services.
• Enhance customer orders by suggesting additional products not specifically requested.
• Use computer to do invoicing, credits, returns, reclaim, product procurement/replenishment, cash box reconciliation, etc.
