Job summary

Standex in Ohio is seeking a Customer Service Data Coordinator / Customer Service Representative responsible for accurate management of customer orders, records, and related business data while delivering exceptional service. This role blends high-volume data entry and admin tasks with order management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work closely with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to ensure order accuracy, timely updates, and proactive problem-solving, with growth

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry and administrative support.
• Strong typing and computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Data Management: Enter, maintain, and update customer information, pricing, part numbers, purchase orders, and order-related data in ERP/CRM.
• Order Management & Customer Support: Process orders from entry to delivery and communicate status to customers.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Operations, Shipping, and Finance to meet customer commitments.
• Administrative Support: Assist Customer Service Manager with daily tasks and reporting.
• Maintain filing systems and generate customer-related documentation.
