Job summary

Stord is hiring for a warehouse customer service liaison role in Kentucky. You will assist customers, verify BOLs, and coordinate with carriers, scheduling, and reporting to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and basic WMS knowledge. Willingness to stand long hours and pass screening is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be willing to submit to drug screen and background check.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours during shift.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint; computer/WMS experience preferred.
• RF experience is a plus; willing to learn LEAN improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on all issues and act as liaison between customer and Stord personnel.
• Accurate input and verification of BOLs in a timely manner.
• Check in and out all carriers accurately and promptly.
• Make or change appointments for customers as required.
• Organize files to provide timely information to customers.
• Generate and retain required reporting for customers and Stord.
• Update outbound schedule and dispatch at scheduled times each day.
• Print outbound BOLs and make them available for drivers.
• Communicate with customers verbally and in writing with a professional attitude.
• Assist in answering phones and taking appointments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
