Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking a customer service-minded professional to assist customers, verify BOLs, and coordinate with carriers from our Hebron Estates, KY operations. You will act as a liaison, answer questions, and ensure efficient service delivery.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year in customer service, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and WMS systems. LEAN process ideas are welcomed to streamline daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School Diploma and/or GED.
• Must be willing to submit to drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to stand for periods of up to 12 hours a day.
• Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
• Computer/WMS experience preferred.
• RF experience preferred.
• Suggest ideas to improve daily processes (LEAN).

Responsibilities

• Assists customers and acts as liaison, answers questions and researches issues promptly.
• Accurate input and verification of BOLs in a timely manner.
• Check in and out all carriers accurately and on time.
• Schedule appointments for customers as required.
• Organize files to ensure information is available promptly.
• Generate and retain required reporting for customer and Stord.
• Update outbound schedule and dispatch at scheduled times.
• Print outbound BOLs for drivers to pick up.
• Communicate with customers professionally in writing and verbally.
• Assist in answering phones and taking appointments.
• Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management
• Maintain an orderly desk area with information for associates and customers.
