Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, seeks an on-site Customer Service/Operations Associate in Hebron Estates, KY to support daily logistics tasks and liaison with customers and internal teams. You will manage BOL input, carrier check-in/out, and maintain orderly documentation to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with WMS/RF experience preferred as part of a fast-paced fulfillment

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with WMS systems; RF experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and act as liaison between customer and Stord personnel.
• Input and verify BOLs accurately and on time.
• Check in/out carriers and update schedules daily.
• Print outbound BOLs for drivers and maintain orderly records.
