• Handles order entry and places orders by phone, fax, email, or in person.
• Negotiates sale and purchase prices within approved parameters to influence gross profit.
• Builds relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Ensures inventory levels by sourcing products from branch, DC, or suppliers.
• Determines cost-effective shipping for customer orders.
• Expedites backorders and supports account representatives to ensure satisfaction.
• May pull inventory and prepare orders for shipment; may handle returns.
