Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate on the Live Order Experience team within Merchant Strategy & Operations in New York. You will lead analysis and execution of programs to reduce missing and incorrect orders, sizing problems from order-level data and designing merchant interventions.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Order Quality and will influence multiple functions across the business. You’ll drive strategy, analytics, and experiments, collaborating with product, support, marketing,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy / business development / operations / technology / banking / consulting or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations from complex datasets; SQL is a plus
• Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals in a fast-moving environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with bias toward action in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Curiosity and drive to innovate and improve
• Grit and ability to get things done and influence across teams

Responsibilities

• Strategize: Build the strategy for new product features and initiatives, including which merchant segments to target and how to drive engagement
• Analyze: Build models to evaluate value and opportunity costs of initiatives and define success with KPIs
• Experiment: Use data-driven decision-making to run tests on adoption and optimization
• Influence: Collaborate with product, support, marketing, account management, finance, and analytics to land initiatives
