Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate on the Live Order Experience team to lead analysis and execution of programs that reduce missing and incorrect orders. You will size problems from order-level data, design tests for merchant interventions, and translate insights into practical solutions that impact millions of orders weekly.

You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Order Quality within Merchant Strategy & Operations, working across product, support, marketing, and finance to drive impactful

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy / business development / operations / technology / banking / consulting or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to derive actionable recommendations from data.
• Proven track record leading initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and build the strategy for new product features and initiatives.
• Analyze models to evaluate value and opportunity costs with KPIs.
• Experiment and run tests on merchant interventions from adoption to optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, marketing, finance and analytics teams.
