Job summary

DoorDash is hiring a Senior Associate for the Live Order Experience team to lead analysis and execution on programs reducing missing and incorrect orders. You will examine order-level data to size problems, design tests for merchant interventions, and translate findings into practical solutions that impact Merchant operations.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Order Quality on the Live Order Experience team within Merchant Strategy & Operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy / business development / operations / technology / banking / consulting or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Analytical thinker who can derive actionable recommendations from complex data.
• Proven track record of leading initiatives and hitting goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and build the strategy for new product features and initiatives, including target merchant segments and engagement.
• Analyze by building models to evaluate value and opportunity costs and define KPIs.
• Experiment with data-driven decision-making and tests from adoption to optimization.
• Influence cross-functional teams including product, support, marketing, account management, finance, and analytics to land initiatives.
• Make things happen with a detail-oriented, structured approach and bias toward action.
