Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy / business development / operations / technology / banking / consulting or related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategize – Build the strategy for new product features and initiatives, including target segments and engagement.
• Analyze – Build models to evaluate value and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives and define KPIs.
• Experiment – Use data-driven decision-making to test adoption and optimization.
• Influence – Work cross-functionally with product, support, marketing, account management, finance, and analytics.
