Job summary

DoorDash is seeking Senior Managers with strong operational and analytical backgrounds to tackle critical, ambiguous problems and build scalable solutions for DFS. You will own root-cause diagnostics, testing operational approaches, and productized initiatives in partnership with product, engineering and local operations.

One role will focus on merchant selection and one on inventory health; these roles lead 3-5 people and report into DashMart leadership, with cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in data science, analytics, strategy and operations, consulting, retail or supply chain with people management experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience using AI tools for analysis.
• Able to build models, design experiments, and dive into detail when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own root cause diagnostics for critical problems and test operationally scalable solutions.
• Partner with product, engineering and local operations to productize initiatives.
• Define DRIs, initiatives, dates and goals for each root cause and drive to completion.
• Build metrics, dashboards and RCA views for cross-team visibility.
