Job summary

Kelly Services in Staunton, VA is seeking a Pick and Pack Worker for a full-time, temp-to-hire role. You will use RF scanners to locate and pick products, then pack and verify orders for shipment.

The position runs on the 1st shift, 7:00 AM start, Monday–Friday, with a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and comprehensive benefits. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in order processing, picking/packing, light industrial, or distribution center environments.
• Familiar with RF handheld scanners and warehouse inventory procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
• Schedule flexibility to finish daily production volumes and start earlier when needed.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing handheld RF (Radio Frequency) barcode scanners to locate, scan, and pick products throughout the facility.
• Transporting picked items safely to designated packing and processing stations.
• Packing, labeling, and verifying customer merchandise orders against packing slips.
• Assisting with order staging, inventory counts, and quality assurance checks.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while adhering to all safety guidelines.
