Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use email, file management, and printing.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including data entry, basic formulas, and sorting/filtering.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfort with repetitive, detail-oriented paperwork.
• Good written communication for dealer/internal correspondence.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple order streams simultaneously.
• Willingness to cover shipping and engineering responsibilities when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders for multiple product lines.
• Review order paperwork for accuracy before processing.
• Print, sort, and organize order documents and related paperwork.
• For Express orders: process orders, schedule, and coordinate with dealers.
