Job summary

Greenbridge in North Canton, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure orders are placed, tracked, and returned efficiently while coordinating with Sales and Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage order inputs, price terms, ship-to and sold-to details, verify documents, and keep customers updated on order status; ERP experience (JDE or similar) and strong Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a distributor environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically JDE or similar.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or B2B settings is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Outlook; able to learn Salesforce.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately manage the order input process including price, terms, product, quantity, ship-to and sold-to with special instructions.
• Ensure policy processes are followed and necessary documents are verified and kept on file.
• Work with internal supply chain to keep customers updated on order status when changes occur.
• Maintain system accuracy on all sales orders and back orders with accurate reason codes.
• Complete all product returns or invoice adjustments promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives on price inquiries, PO discrepancies, and monthly consignment inventory.
• Quote, follow-up, expedite and fulfill customers’ requirements.
• Be adept at multitasking, self-motivated with urgency and work well in a team.
• Leverage internal resources to solve problems effectively.
• Handle customer calls/emails with professionalism regarding product knowledge, orders, pricing and freight.
