Harbinger Motors Inc. is seeking an Order Processing Admin to support the Distribution & Sales Planning team. You will accurately process and enter customer and dealer orders, coordinate templated email communications, and ensure order paperwork is complete and filed for audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in order processing, sales/administrative support, or a similar operations role.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter incoming orders into internal systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review order details for completeness and accuracy prior to entry; flag and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate order-related email communications using established templates, ensuring the right stakeholders are informed at each step.
• Track order status and follow up proactively to keep orders moving through the pipeline.
• Ensure all required order paperwork is complete, correctly filed, and easy to retrieve.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date digital filing systems in line with company recordkeeping standards.
• Identify and elevate missing documentation or data gaps to the appropriate team member.
• Support ad hoc reporting or data pulls related to order status and documentation.
