Job summary

Greenworks is hiring an Outbound Verification Specialist to ensure accurate order processing and timely shipment preparation. You will review SAP orders, print labels, and verify product against order details while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, pallet jack operation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training on hazmat and safety standards will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer literacy required.
• Ability to read and comprehend SOPs/instructions for stacking pallets correctly.
• Experience with pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP and order processing systems preferred.
• Ability to lift 5–50 lbs (team lift 50+ lbs) and to operate in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Review orders in SAP and verify outbound details.
• Print labels and prepare product for shipment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and assist with loading outbound trucks.
• Escalate compliance concerns to supervisor as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
