Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service/order processing experience.
• SAP experience preferred; Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Supply chain/shipping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls regarding quotes, orders, repairs, warranty services, and shipments.
• Process and track customer orders.
• Manage customer accounts and inventory programs.
• Investigate shipping and delivery issues.
• Address billing inquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Work with ERP/CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
• Support supply chain, shipping/receiving, and product-related activities.
