Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a customer accounts professional focused on order management and service excellence.

You will manage orders from receipt through invoicing, resolve issues, and maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or account management, proficiency with SAP and MS Office, and the ability to coordinate with sales, logistics, and production to meet customer

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar role preferred.
• Experience in customer account management preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain/logistics in a consumer products or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SAP for new EDI orders and enter non-EDI orders accurately before deadlines.
• Use CSR Dashboard and reports to optimize order flow.
• Own orders from receipt through release and shipment to follow-up actions.
• Review orders for pricing, promotions, and ship location sourcing.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts to resolve issues and improve service.
• Process invoice corrections and credit memos as needed.
• Provide proactive order/status communication to customers and sales teams.
