Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a detail-oriented Service Order Specialist to support the quotes and order execution process. You will liaise with customers and internal teams, manage CRM tasks, oversee the full order lifecycle from quote to delivery, and ensure timely billing with the accounting department.

Ideal candidates have advanced Excel skills, experience with CRM tools, and familiarity with SAP C4 Hana. Hybrid work from Houston, TX and occasional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel required.
• CRM experience and SAP C4 Hana a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support quotes and order execution for Sungrow Service team.
• Manage CRM tasks and coordinate between customers and internal departments.
• Oversee order process from quote to execution and distribute parts/service orders to end users.
• Coordinate with accounting for timely billing.
