Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred OR 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and provide timely support.
• Process customer orders, inquiries, and updates accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and issue resolution.
• Track order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate order records and data in company systems.
• Support sales initiatives by building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Analyze order, inventory, and customer data to support business decisions and processes.
