Responsabilités

• Coordinate and track customer orders from initial request through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at each step.
• Create, update, and maintain order documentation and manifests in an organized and accessible manner.
• Coordinate scheduling and routing with transportation teams to ensure efficient and on-time service.
• Communicate order status, scheduling updates, and any changes to internal stakeholders in a clear and timely way.
• Monitor open orders on an ongoing basis and follow up to ensure timely completion and accurate billing.
• Perform accurate data entry across multiple computer systems and platforms.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records while following up on outstanding items until resolution.
• Manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
