Responsibilities

• Accurately input customer orders into the system and verify details for accuracy.
• Coordinate with the sales teams to ensure customers are set up in the system and compliant.
• Confirm pricing based on each customer and program pricing list.
• Send order acknowledgements and confirmations after entry.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to optimize order processing and delivery.
• Communicate with customers, teams, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing.
• Create, analyze, and distribute daily/weekly reports on orders.
• Coordinate with procurement to maintain stock data accuracy.
• Work with finance on AR to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the ERP system.
