Aston Carter is seeking a Customer Administration Specialist to blend customer service with operations. At least 1 year in order entry or order management is required, with SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.

The role supports East Coast customers from a Lakewood, CO base, with a hybrid schedule and early-morning support hours. You will handle purchase orders, document details, respond to inquiries, and work with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely processing and accurate records.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or order management experience.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
