Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an Order Management Specialist to ensure order quality, integrity and contract compliance from entry through cash collection. This is a hybrid role requiring one day per week in the office and collaboration with field teams, regional stakeholders, and shared services to manage the complete order lifecycle.

Responsibilities include overseeing order entry, pricing validation, and contract documentation, maintaining backlog quality, and supporting AR activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in project management, customer relations or order management roles.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of PCS orders from entry to cash collection, ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate with field teams, regional stakeholders and shared services to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee Order Entry activities including quotation review, pricing validation and contract documentation.
• Maintain order backlog quality and tracking for contract compliance.
• Collaborate on Change Order Management and track contract modifications.
• Support Accounts Receivable efforts and resolve cash collection issues.
• Drive continuous process improvements using Lean principles and standard work.
