Job summary

Salm Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to coordinate product availability, orders, fulfillment, and service for its customers. You will be the primary link between customers and internal teams to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of relevant customer service experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, particularly in a USDA-regulated environment, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product availability, customer orders, fulfillment, and service for Salm Partners customers.
• Serve as a primary customer service contact for assigned customers, providing professional, timely communication.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with internal teams to support on-time, in-full delivery.
• Enter and maintain customer orders and related information in ERP/MRP systems.
• Maintain documentation for product tracking, traceability, and customer requirements.
• Support compliance with food safety, quality, SQF, GMP, USDA-FSIS, and company requirements.
