• Experience in customer service, inside sales support, order management, admin support, distribution, manufacturing, or technical product support preferred.
• Work under general supervision with established procedures; escalate more complex matters as needed.

Aufgaben

• Respond to routine to moderately complex customer inquiries, requests for quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and delivery questions via multiple channels.
• Prepare quotations for standard and non-standard items and relay accurate information on quotes, orders, pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Use ERP and other systems to retrieve customer information, track requests, and document activity.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, suppliers, purchasing, AR, and other departments to support satisfaction, accuracy, and timely delivery.
