Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking an Order Support Associate to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders by coordinating with sales, inventory, and warehouse teams. The role involves reviewing orders, entering them into the ERP system, checking inventory, and managing product allocation to meet delivery deadlines.

You will be the primary contact between customers, inside sales, and warehouse staff, providing order updates and resolving fulfillment issues.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers, sales, and warehouse teams.
• Ability to resolve fulfillment issues and inventory shortages.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer orders for accuracy.
• Enter orders into ERP system.
• Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to confirm order details.
• Check inventory levels to confirm product availability.
• Allocate products to orders with warehouse teams.
• Coordinate with shipping to meet delivery deadlines.
• Act as a point of contact between customers, sales, and warehouse staff.
• Provide updates on order status, shipping, and delays.
• Handle inquiries or complaints about fulfillment issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain accurate order details in ERP system.
• Coordinate replacement orders, returns, or refunds when necessary.
