Instrumart in Williston, VT is hiring an Order Management Associate who will be a key member of the Order Management Team. You will answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and route inquiries to the correct department, ensuring smooth order flow.

You will review sales emails, provide order tracking updates, and support customers from quote through delivery. The role requires NetSuite experience, strong communication, precision, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using NetSuite to manage orders and data.
• Familiarity with a telephony system (Dialpad).
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time well.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls; greet callers, provide information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary.
• Greet visitors entering Instrumart, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and notify the appropriate Instrumart contact.
• Review and distribute all incoming Sales emails.
• Provide order tracking and shipment status updates.
