Instrumart in Colchester, VT is hiring an Order Management Associate to handle inbound calls, route inquiries, and provide customers with order tracking and status updates. You will be part of the Order Management Team and serve as a first point of contact for customers and internal departments.

The role requires comfort with computer applications, experience with NetSuite or similar systems, and strong attention to detail, typing speed, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls; greet callers, provide information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary.
• Greet visitors entering Instrumart, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and notify the appropriate Instrumart contact.
• Review and distribute all incoming Sales emails.
• Provide order tracking and shipment status updates.
