Instrumart is seeking an Order Management Associate to join the Order Management Team. You will handle incoming calls, greet visitors, manage sales emails, and provide order tracking and shipment updates to customers as part of a dynamic, service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based telephony (Dialpad) and related tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and fast, accurate typing.

• Clear, helpful communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route or respond as needed.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact.
• Review and distribute all incoming Sales emails.
• Provide order tracking and shipment status updates.
