Instrumart, a Flow Control Group subsidiary, is seeking an Order Management Associate to support the sales team and customers. The role focuses on answering calls, routing inquiries, and providing order tracking and shipment updates.

You will work within the Order Management Team to ensure accurate, timely information and service. Our team emphasizes reliability, detailed communication, and collaboration across departments to support 3,000 suppliers and 15,000 customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite and order-management systems is required.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls; greet callers, provide information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact.
• Review and distribute all incoming Sales emails.
• Provide order tracking and shipment status updates.
