Instrumart, a Flow Control Group subsidiary, is seeking an Order Management Associate to support callers, route inquiries, and provide order tracking and shipment updates. The role sits within the Order Management Team and emphasizes clear communication and dependable service.

You will greet visitors, review emails, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate order handling. The ideal candidate has experience with NetSuite or similar systems, a cloud-based phone setup,

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls; greet callers, provide information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary
• Greet visitors entering Instrumart, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and notify the appropriate Instrumart contact
• Review and distribute all incoming Sales emails
• Provide order tracking and shipment status updates
