Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, greet callers, provide information, transfer calls, or take messages.
• Greet visitors entering Instrumart, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and notify the appropriate Instrumart contact.
• Review and distribute all incoming Sales emails.
• Provide order tracking and shipment status updates.
