Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of experience and/or training.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for external customers and process orders accurately.
• Enter inbound shipments into inventory using Weber systems or customer system.
• Manage order releases, system updates, and customer notifications.
• Provide shipping and tracking information to customers.
• Maintain positive relationships by addressing inquiries and disputes regarding invoices, shipments, or inventory.
• Coordinate between warehouse and customers for account administration and visits.
• Generate custom reports and provide clerical support as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
